Locating the vital center within the self, the little world and the big world become one. Align the constellations within, with the constellations without, until the movement corresponds to a symphony. You then climb the pathway to rejoin the stars.

To each their gift, and share of life,
This mortal frame, experiences joy and strife,
Lessons come, in a variety of ways,
Some last years, and some last days.
Behold the victor, who has gained,
Some great new measure, while in mortal frame,
The shell is cracked, out streams the light,
The Spirit now makes, its return flight.
